website are custom made to order by our select embroiderers and
manufacturers. Most items may be custom sized, embroidered or
finished to your personal preferences.
The
products we offer are from the finest manufacturers who work diligently
and skillfully on all of their products. The
quality of these products are unsurpassed in the industry. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase!
Due to the nature of our custom products, we are happy to offer
to our customers fabric and thread swatches whenever available
so that they may be
previewed prior to placing an order. This is highly recommended
to customers that are particular about color accuracy.

Placing An Order |
|

|
|
Orders may be placed with confidence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
on our website through our SSL server. When placing your order, you will
be able to include any special instructions in the 'Special Message' box
during check out. All order are checked for accuracy. Orders are
typically processed within 24 hours. |
|
Changing An Order |
|
|
|
|
An order that has been
placed online or by telephone immediately goes into our order processing
on the day that the order was placed. All orders are reviewed for any
potential errors prior to processing an order. However, if a change must
be made on an order, the change must be made within 24 hours of placing
the order, providing that the order has not shipped and/or has not
already gone into processing or production. If the order has been shipped by the
manufacturer, the order cannot be changed. Any applicable up charges to
an order change will automatically be applied to the account. |

Canceling An Order |
|
|
|
|
Orders
may only be cancelled within 24 hours from the order date,
provided that the order has not been processed by the manufacturer and/or
the order has not shipped. If the order has been processed by the
manufacturer or has shipped, the
order cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, you must call, email or fax
your request for a cancellation within 24 hours from the date of
your order. A restock fee may be applied as noted below. |

Payment |

We
accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Once the order
has been confirmed (usually within 24 hours), the charge will be
applied in full to the account. Due to the nature of our
products, all custom orders, special orders, embroidered and
monogram orders are charged in full at the time that the
order has been confirmed. |
|
Delivery Time |
|
|
|
|
Delivery for most of our custom items range from 3-8 weeks depending on the
complexity of the items being made. Our Signature Monogrammed items
typically ship within 2-3 days. If there is any delay with your order, we
will notify you as soon as we are aware of it. When your completed order is
ready to ship, we will send an email with all of
the shipping and tracking number information. We ship via FedEx, UPS, or
USPS Priority Mail. During peak seasons such as Holiday or Bridal, it is highly
recommended to order early as the production and delivery time may be
extended. Quick Ship items normally ship within 2-3 business days. |

Return Policy |
|
|
|
|
Please order carefully! Most all of
our products are custom cut and made to order for each customer.
These items may not be exchanged or returned. Custom products
are noted on the item ordering page. In the event of a
rare manufacturer defect or error, the item will be replaced at
no charge as quickly as possible. Please email your written
request to
info@bellalino.com to request a Return Authorization for a
defective item within 5 days of receipt of the order.
Manufacturers allow 10 days in order to claim an item defective.
You will be emailed the Return Authorization instructions.
These items must be returned to Bella Lino in new
condition as originally packaged by the Return Date given with
the Return Authorization. The returned items will be inspected.
Any item that has been laundered, shows use or signs of odor,
will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
regardless of a defect. Items returned without a Return
Authorization or received after the Return Date will not be
accepted.
Returns are not accepted due to customer ordering error. |

Restock Fee |
|
|
|
|
A restock fee of 10%-20% will be
applied to any returned item. Any item requiring repackaging
will be returned to the customer or will be charged a $25
repackaging fee. This is in addition to any restock fee that may
be applied. Restock fees will apply to cancelled orders. |
|
Refund Policy |
|
|
|
|
Refunds are offered on items that were received defective and
can no longer be replaced due to lack of availability or having
been discontinued and cannot be exchanged for a similar item.
There are no refunds on shipping charges. Refunds are calculated
after deducting any restock fee, repackaging fee, and shipping
charges, including a shipping charge for items received with
free shipping offers. |

Shipping Charges |
|
|
|
|
Shipping charges are based on the
actual shipping charge by FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service.
We do not charge additional fees such as processing fees,
handling fees, etc. Shipping Charges are automatically
calculated during the checkout process for an online or
telephone order. Shipping Charges apply ONLY to the 48
Contiguous states in the USA. Additional shipping charges for
all other destinations will be recalculated and AUTOMATICALLY
added to an order. All orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground, UPS Ground
or USPS Priority Mail. There are no
refunds for shipping charges. See Refund Policy above for
more details. Orders requesting that an item be Gift Boxed or
Gift Wrapped may incur an additional shipping charge due to the
increased size of the packaging. |

Shipping Policy |

We do not ship to a PO BOX address. When your order
is shipped, an email is immediately sent to the customer with
all of the shipping and tracking number details. The email
shipping confirmation will come directly from Bella Lino Custom
Linens, FEDEX or UPS. Orders valued at over $500 will require a
signature due to FEDEX and UPS shipping policies. There are no
refunds for shipping charges. See Refund Policy above for
more details. |

International Shipping Policy |
|
|
|
|
International orders, including
orders to Canada, are shipped strictly via USPS Express Priority Mail.
Additional shipping charges will apply and will automatically be
added to online or telephone orders. International customers are
responsible for any customs fees, import fees or import taxes
required for their order. Shipping times to international
countries are usually 5-10 business days. However, this excludes
the time that an order may spend in Customs which may vary from
one week to 30 days depending on that country's Customs
Policies. Please contact us for any questions regarding shipping
an international order. There are no returns, exchanges, credits
or refunds for International Orders. Bella Lino Inc. reserves
the right to refuse international orders as deemed necessary. |

Gift Packaging & Special Services |
|
|
|
|
Gift packaging is a complimentary
service free of charge based on the item being ordered and the
size of the item being shipped. Our gift packaging consists of
gift box, tissue and ribbon or other ornamentation. Our gift
packaging may change from season to season but always in a
sophisticated and tasteful fashion. Orders requesting that
certain items be Gift Packaged may incur an additional shipping
charge due to the increased size of the packaging. Oversize items may not be able
to be gift packaged. Larger items or multiple items that
are gift packaged may result in additional shipping charges.
Please consider this when placing your order and when requesting
our gift packaging services. We are happy to enclose personal
messages with any gift packaged item. Lastly, we can accommodate
the purchaser with shipping gift packaged items to multiple
recipient addresses (additional shipping charges will
apply). Our elegant gift wrap packaging may change seasonally
to compliment the special occasion or holiday. |
