Setting-we work very very
hard to ensure that colors, textures, and patterns are precise and
accurate. Our website is best viewed on a high speed DSL bandwidth for
quick download time. If you are on a 'phone line' or telephone DSL, there
may be a longer delay in the download time. Your computer should be set to
a minimum 24 bit color and a higher pixel screen resolution.
How to
order-ordering is so easy. Simply
click the 'Add to Cart' text that is shown after each item listing. You
will be taken directly to a page which will allow you to then select
color, size, quantity etc for the item you are purchasing. You may then
click 'Continue' to continue shopping (this will take you right back to
the page you were previously viewing). If you are finished, you may click
'Check Out'. Ordering is very fast and very easy even if you are a novice.
If you are new to ordering online, feel free to email us or call us and we
will help you with your order. You will receive an email confirmation
number advising you that your order has been delivered to Bella Lino. Your
order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Save
this confirmation in your email box.
Backorders & Stock Availability-every
effort is made to stock most all of the items presented online. On
occasion, a particular item may be out of stock and will be put on
backorder. You will be notified by email if an item is backordered. Most
backordered items will ship within 30-45 days. However, from
time to time due to the nature of the custom product, a backorder may be
further delayed. This is usually due to a manufacturer waiting for product
from Europe or it may be import quota related. Upon receipt of your
backorder, your order will be expedited to you as quickly as possible
usually via air express. Our
policy is ship all items on an order complete to reduce your
shipping charges. We will be happy to ship merchandise as it comes
available. Shipping charges will apply to each shipment. If an item is
custom or is a monogram item, there will be additional shipping time based
on the nature of the custom order.
**CUSTOM/MONOGRAMMED/SPECIAL
ORDERS-
Please order these items carefully. We review all orders for potential
errors or mistakes as soon as we receive the order. If there are any
questions, we will email you right away. Keep in mind when ordering
custom/monogrammed linens, that there are no exchanges, refunds or
cancellations accepted. You will be charged in full at the time you place
your order.
Upon receipt of a custom/monogrammed order,
you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will be
REQUIRED to confirm back a reply email acknowledging
and agreeing to our policies regarding these type of orders. Once
you confirm back with us, we are unable to accept any cancellation or
changes to the order. If we do not receive an email confirmation
back from you, we will cancel the order after 3 days. This policy is
strictly enforced.
These items are custom
designed and made specifically for you alone and require a great deal of
time in design, layout, sketches, cutting, sewing and/or monogramming.
The majority of these items are done by hand in some capacity and are not
mass produced. While we make every effort to deliver these items in a
timely manner, delays may occur from time to time. Normal delivery is 6-8
weeks for certain monogrammed items, (unless otherwise stated), but can
sometimes run an additional 2 weeks or so depending on peak season and
availability of fabric. Embroidery, trims and other embellishments are
custom made or imported from Europe. During peak seasons such
as holidays and bridal, ORDER EARLY for delivery on or before
your anticipated date! Our mission is to 'deliver'! We will do
everything possible to deliver your beautiful linens as quickly as
possible.
Cancelling an Order-Orders
may only be cancelled within 24 hours from the email order confirmation date,
provided that the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, the
order cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, you may call, email or fax
the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Changing an Order-Orders
may be changed within 24 hours providing the order has not shipped
or gone into production.
If the order has been shipped by the manufacturer or by Bella Lino, the
order may not be changed. Any applicable up charges to the order change
will be automatically applied to your account.
Minimum Quantities-On
certain selections, there are a minimum number of pieces required
when purchasing. These are noted on the web pages and the order page.
Placemats and napkins are always sold in pairs. In several cases, sheets
are sold in sets only. Some bath selections are sold in sets or minimum
pieces. All fabric yardage is sold minimum of 2 yards. If the minimum is
not ordered as required, your order will be automatically changed to
charged the minimum required.
