• Monogrammed Orders may not be returned.  Delivery on these orders are approximatley  2-8 weeks, as noted on each page.

• Twin, Full and Cal King Sizes are not normally stocked and are  considered a custom prouduct. Most are readily available for shipping.

• Custom Orders may not be returned. Delivery on these orders are approximatley 3-8 weeks, as noted on each page. You will receive an email confirming approximate delivery time.

• Allow approximatley 10-15 business days for delivery on in-stock items. Items NOT in-stock or backordered will ship as soon as available. You will be notified in advance of any backordered items. Items backordered over 30 days will not be charged until shipped.

• International orders are shipped via US Priority Mail. Customer is responsible for all customs, taxes and other fees associated with their order. All Credit Card purchases for international orders are verified through the credit card bank.
