requesting a return and reason for return .
Requests must be done via email as a written request. This must be done with 3
days of receipt of merchandise without exception. Your return will be reviewed and you
will receive a response or an authorization to return with return
instructions. Merchandise absolutely must be in unused
condition and repackaged as new- just as it was received- in order for
Bella Lino to restock this merchandise as first quality, unopened and
unused product for our customers. Items that must be repackaged as new will be charged a
25% restock fee. Shipping charges will be deducted from any return.
If you received free shipping, the actual incurred shipping charge
will be deducted. AUTHORIZED RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED
WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUTHORIZATION DATE. AFTER THAT DATE,
THE AUTHORIZATION IS VOID AND NO LONGER VALID.
2- Clearance priced items, fragrances, and certain
intimate apparel items may not be returned.
3-Authorization must be given before
any merchandise may be returned. Merchandise returned without
authorization will be refused and/or returned to the sender. There are
no exceptions and we strictly enforce this policy. Bella Lino is not
responsible for unauthorized returned merchandise sent to and then refused
by us, or unauthorized returned merchandise shipped back
to the sender.
4-Custom , embroidered, monogrammed
and special order merchandise cannot
be returned and must be paid in full upon ordering. Custom and monogrammed
items usually run about 6-8 weeks delivery unless otherwise
specified.
5-Beginning in January 2006, Twin
and Full Sizes will be considered a custom or special order and
will not be eligible for refunds or returns. Please consider
this when placing your order.
5- Refunds
normally take approximately 30 days to be applied back to your
account. Shipping charges incurred by Bella Lino are always deducted
from credits or refunds. Orders
shipped with Free Shipping will be deducted by the original shipping
charge amount.
6-We want you to be
happy with your purchase. If you are unsure of a
product, it is always best to request a sample of the fabric, or ask
for an 'approval loan' of a sham or pillowcase. We will place a
'hold' on your account for the sham or pillowcase. Approval loans are
for 3 days. You may keep these items and the hold becomes a permanent
charge, or you may apply it towards a purchase, or return the
approval item within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, if the item has
not been returned to us, the hold will become a permanent
