SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping & Delivery- Instock orders should be allowed 14 business days delivery time. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, email us at info@bellalino.com and we will be happy to check the shipping status of your order. During times of sales and promotions, shipping may run a bit slower due to the volume of shipping being required. Your patience is always appreciated! Your order is important to us and we do take extra steps with each order to ensure quality control and accuracy of items being shipped and accuracy of address. If you need your order immediately, you should request next day or 2nd day air. The charge will be added as a separate charge at the time your order ships. We charge only the shipping charges quoted to us by Fed Ex. We do not add a handling fee. Customers using AMERICAN EXPRESS as payment may have a delay in their shipment. A 2-3 day waiting period may apply to confirm payment prior to shipping an order. For additional assistance, please call us.

Shipper-we use Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express or US Mail exclusively. US Priority mail is reserved for international orders only. International orders can only be shipped via US Priority mail with no exceptions.  We also ship overnight and 2nd day Air upon request. These will show up as a separate charge on your credit card statement. Please make a note in the comments box. We absolutely DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses. We no longer ship to Canada with Fed Ex or other ground carriers. Only US Priority Mail will be used.

 

Shipping Charges-every possible effort is made to keep shipping charges to a minimum. Charges are subject to change based on the shipper. The charges listed are for shipments made within the contiguous 48 states and include delivery charges and insurance charges. Some larger items or oversized items may require additional charges and will be charged accordingly regardless of the shipping charge displayed on your order confirmation. This is a separate charge in most cases. We also are happy to ship internationally as well. Customers will be charged shipping fees accordingly (normally a minimum of $50USD) regardless of the shipping charge displayed on your order confirmation. This will be a separate charge on your credit card statement. International customers are totally  responsible for any customs, taxes or landing fees and are not the responsibility of Bella Lino, Bella Monogramming or bellalino.com. Please keep this in mind when ordering abroad or for residents in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. All prices and charges are in US Dollars.

 

RETURNS

Merchandise Quality Guarantee-the products we offer are from the finest manufacturers who work diligently and skillfully on all of their products. The quality of these products are unsurpassed in the industry. Before an order is shipped, it is quality checked a minimum of 2 times to ensure the order is correct. We and our manufacturers GUARANTEE the quality of our product. Many of these items are custom produced with painstaking detail and effort. We use these products ourselves and have had relationships with our manufacturers for years. We want all of our customers to be  happy with their purchase!

Returning of Merchandise -All requests to return any merchandise must be done via email within 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Requests for returns after 3 days of receipt are not eligible for refunds. All merchandise is checked for accuracy and quality before shipping. A 5% - 25% restock fee is applied to all returned merchandise. Items returned for exchange or for another selection are not charged the a restock fee. We will only accept returns for (1)-a manufacturers defect at which we will replace the item for you as quickly as possible, and (2) an error in shipping an incorrect item, which we will also replace the item for you as quickly as possible. Just as a note, this is an extremely rare occurrence.

1-Email us at info@bellalino.com requesting a return and reason for return . Requests must be done via email as a written request. This must be done with 3 days of receipt of merchandise without exception. Your return will be reviewed and you will receive a response or an authorization to return with return instructions.  Merchandise absolutely must be in unused condition and repackaged as new- just as it was received- in order for Bella Lino to restock this merchandise as first quality, unopened and unused product for our customers.  Items that must be repackaged as new will be charged a 25% restock fee. Shipping charges will be deducted from any return. If you received free shipping, the actual incurred shipping charge will be deducted. AUTHORIZED RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUTHORIZATION DATE. AFTER THAT DATE, THE AUTHORIZATION IS VOID AND NO LONGER VALID.

2- Clearance priced items, fragrances, and certain intimate apparel items may not be returned.

3-Authorization must be given before any merchandise may be returned. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused and/or returned to the sender. There are no exceptions and we strictly enforce this policy. Bella Lino is not  responsible for unauthorized returned merchandise sent to and then refused by us,   or  unauthorized returned merchandise shipped back to the sender.

4-Custom , embroidered, monogrammed and special order merchandise cannot be returned and must be paid in full upon ordering. Custom and monogrammed items usually run about 6-8 weeks delivery unless otherwise specified.

5-Beginning in January 2006, Twin and Full Sizes will be considered a custom or special order and will not be eligible for refunds or returns.  Please consider this when placing your order.

5- Refunds normally take approximately 30 days to be applied back to your account. Shipping charges incurred by Bella Lino are always deducted from credits or refunds. Orders shipped with Free Shipping will be deducted by the original shipping charge amount.

6-We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsure of a product, it is always best to request a sample of the fabric, or ask for an 'approval loan' of a sham or pillowcase. We will place a 'hold' on your account for the sham or pillowcase. Approval loans are for 3 days. You may keep these items and the hold becomes a permanent charge, or you may apply it towards a purchase, or return the approval item within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, if the item has not been returned to us, the hold will become a permanent non-refundable charge.
